Kiyoung Kim is an associate at Yoon & Yang LLC and his main practice area is antitrust & competition.
Mr. Kim has represented numerous domestic and international companies in a wide range of competition law matters, including cartels, abuse of market dominance, unfair trade practices, undue support, subcontracting, distribution, franchising, e-commerce, and advertising and labeling regulations. He provides regulatory advice across various industries such as finance, digital platforms, manufacturing, distribution, real estate, and construction. He has extensive experience and expertise in responding to investigations and deliberations by the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC), as well as in handling administrative litigation and other dispute resolution proceedings.
