We are currently looking for the following positions:
These full-time associate positions are located in Seoul, Korea and will be filled on a rolling basis as qualified candidates are chosen.
As a part of Yoon & Yang LLC’s FA team, you will be responsible for providing legal services of the highest quality by working closely with Korean attorneys and professionals to handle a wide range of commercial, litigation & arbitration, banking & finance, and M&A matters.

We are currently looking for the following positions:
- Associates specialized in litigation & arbitration or finance (corporate finance), who must be qualified in U.S. law or other English-speaking jurisdictions. The applicant should have 3-5 years of experience preferably within a major law firm in the United States or in Korea. Qualified candidates must be fully bilingual in Korean and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages and highly motivated to excel professionally; and
- An experienced corporate lawyer with fluency in French or Spanish. Qualified candidates must be also fluent in Korean and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
