Overview
Yoon & Yang’s GRC Group provides Government Relations services aimed at proactively identifying business risks arising in the course of administrative processes involving central government agencies, local authorities, and public institutions, and presenting the most efficient solutions. By presenting well-reasoned opinions from the early stages of government legislation, we help prevent the introduction of regulations that may adversely affect businesses. We also establish tailored response strategies at the preliminary stages of administrative investigations or sanctions to minimize management uncertainty. Upon the initiation of pre-procedures for administrative investigations or sanctions, a dedicated team of professionals is promptly deployed to ensure swift and proactive action, thereby helping matters to be resolved at an early stage without escalating into large-scale litigation.

- Advised on arbitration in a dispute between a shipping company and a public enterprise
- Advised on statutory interpretation of the Game Industry Promotion Act regarding the possibility of administrative fines in lieu of business suspension
- Advised on statutory interpretation of the Traditional Market Act regarding the existence of expropriation rights
- Advised on tax law amendments for tax benefits applicable to golf courses
