Biography
Mr. Ji Hoon Yoon is a senior advisor at Yoon & Yang LLC, and his main practice areas are advisory service regarding strategic response to the National Assembly and Government, legislative consulting, and HR matters.
Prior to joining our law firm, Mr. Yoon worked as a consultant in the private sector during which he accumulated 10-plus years of experience addressing a wide range of policy issues involving major state agencies (i.e., National Assembly and Blue House) such as policy, strategy, personnel, and crisis management. Since 2013, Mr. Yoon served as a chief aide to a member of the National Assembly, where he supervised policy and political affairs. Thereafter, He has held key positions at the Presidential Secretariat, including Personnel Secretary and Senior Administrative Officer in the Office of National Affairs and Personnel Secretariat. In these roles, he has provided strategic advice on government administration, led policy planning and coordination, overseen senior public appointments and system design, and managed policy-related risks. Based on extensive field experience and deep political acumen, Mr. Yoon delivers professional and practical advice in policy consulting, organizational management, and personnel strategy development, thereby facilitating smooth and effective collaboration with clients.
