Biography
Yoon Sun Kim is a Partner (Senior Foreign Attorney) at Yoon & Yang LLC and her main practice areas are healthcare, corporate/M&A, and intellectual property rights.
She obtained her B.A. (with Distinction and Phi Beta Kappa) and M.A. from Stanford University, and obtained her J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School.
