Biography
Se Hoon Park is an associate at Yoon & Yang LLC and his main practice areas are broadcasting and communications and platform regulations, IT and data compliance, and administrative disputes.
Park graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in Communication and Media Studies and from Pusan National University School of Law, before being admitted to the Korean bar in 2021. He then worked in the Consumer Policy Coordination Division and the Administrative and Legal Affairs Division of the Korea Communications Commission and in the Value-added Telecommunications Services Market Investigation Division of the Korea Media and Communications Commission, where he handled regulatory investigations, administrative litigation, legal advisory services, and the enactment and amendment of laws and regulations relating to broadcasting, communications, and IT. He joined Yoon & Yang in 2026.
