Yunkyung Park is an associate at Yoon & Yang LLC and her main practice areas include corporate law and international trade.

- Addressed U.S. countervailing duty investigations concerning Korean steel plate, coated steel sheet, and stainless steel
- Addressed antidumping suits by the Korea Trade Commission involving Japanese and Chinese hot-rolled products and industrial robots
- Advised on the U.S. Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and rules regarding connected vehicles
- Advised on the Act on the Conclusion Procedure and Implementation Of Commercial Treaties, the Foreign Investment Promotion Act, the Act on Prevention of Divulgence and Protection of Industrial Technology, and the Measures Act, etc.
- Advised on FTA agreements, the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT), and the WTO Anti-Dumping Agreement, etc.
- Prepared a compilation of key review issues related to Korea’s export controls (strategic items and items subject to catch-all controls)
- Conducted overseas case studies and reviewed draft legislation to strengthen the legal foundation for the implementation and utilization of trade treaties
