Biography
Jin Hoi Park is a partner attorney at Yoon & Yang LLC and her main practice area is antitrust competition.
While working at the Korea Fair Trade Commission, Ms. Park was responsible for revising standard terms and conditions, as well as reviewing financial terms and conditions notified by the Financial Services Commission under the Act on Specialized Credit Finance Business and the Capital Markets and Financial Investment Services Act. She also conducted investigations into violations of the Act on the Fairness of Franchise Transactions. Since joining Yoon & Yang, she has advised clients on matters related to fair trade, regulation of large business groups, subcontracting, e-commerce, and regulation of terms and conditions, among other areas.
