Biography
Originally from Spain, Enrique Vilaplana earned his Law Degree from Universitat Internacional de Catalunya in 2002, then Corporate Law Master in 2004.
Mr. Vilaplana practiced law with both international and national boutique law firms, but also with large firms, and has represented a broad array of clients, giving them support and legal advice as well as defending its interests in all phases of non-litigation and litigation/arbitration legal matters, focusing on corporate · commercial, bank · insurances, real estate · construction and finance · investment agreements, negotiations and transactions, including commercial space managing.
