Biography
Ki Ok Lee is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC. His practice focuses on criminal defense related to serious accident, tax, finance, intellectual property, and food and safety issues.
Mr. Lee has extensive experience in investigations relating to public official corruption, corporate and financial crimes such as embezzlement and breach of trust, as well as tax, environment, and food issues from his career as a prosecutor and chief prosecutor at the Seoul Northern District Public Prosecutors' Office, Ulsan District Public Prosecutors' Office, Suwon District Public Prosecutors' Office, Seoul Central District Public Prosecutors' Office, Daegu District Public Prosecutors' Office, Suwon District Public Prosecutors' Office Pyeongtaek Office and Ansan Branch Office. In particular, Mr. Lee achieved outstanding results in the field of environment and food crimes while serving as an environment and food inspector at the Ulsan District Public Prosecutors' Office and Suwon District Public Prosecutors' Office. He has expertise in the collection and management of criminal information based on his experience as a prosecutor research officer in the Office of the Supreme Prosecutor's Office.
