Spencer G. Park is a senior foreign attorney at Yoon & Yang LLC, and his main practice areas are corporate advisory, cross-border M&A, international private equity, and real estate finance.
As an international investment and finance expert with approximately 30 years of experience across major markets including the US, Hong Kong, Japan, and Korea. Mr. Park graduated from Harvard University and UC Hastings College of Law, and started his legal career at leading global law firms such as Skadden and Milbank. He also served as General Counsel for Asia-Pacific at Apollo Global Management (a global private equity firm), and held key roles at major global financial and investment institutions including Citigroup Principal Investments, Capmark, and Asia Pacific Land, during which he directly led and oversaw cross-border M&A, private equity, and real estate investment transactions across the Asia-Pacific region.
