Yoon & Yang LLC advised Industrial Bank of Korea in its issuance of USD 700,000,000 overseas notes. The notes were issued under Industrial Bank of Korea’s USD 8,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme for which Yoon & Yang has provided advice over the years for its annual update. Global and local financial institutions including The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Merrill Lynch International and IBK Securities Co., Ltd. served as Joint Lead Managers and Yoon & Yang LLC provided Korean law advice to the Industrial Bank of Korea, as issuer.
