Yoon & Yang wins “Impact Case” (Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific Awards 2022)

In Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific Awards 2022, Yoon & Yang has been selected as one of the Impact Case Winners in the Asia-Pacific region for its successful representation in Hanjin KAL v shareholders over the issuance of new shares.
Yoon & Yang is also recognized as a Second Runner up in ‘Firm of the Year – South Korea,’ which proves the firm’s outstanding expertise in the litigation and dispute resolution areas.
The winners were announced online on Thursday, 26 May 2022.
