Yoon & Yang wins “M&A Deal of the Year” at the ALB Korea Law Awards 2021 for its role advising Korean Air on its USD 1.63 billion acquisition of Asiana Airlines, the largest mergers and acquisitions deal in aviation industry in South Korea.
“M&A Deal of the Year” is awarded to the most outstanding M&A advisory services in South Korea considering various factors such as deal size, impact and complexity.
ALB Korea Law Awards, which is hosted by Thomson Reuter’s Asian Legal Business (ALB) annually recognizes outstanding law firms, deals, legal practitioners and in-house legal teams in South Korea for each practice area based on the evaluation of judges of experts including law firm practitioners and in-house counsels.
