For the 13^th consecutive year, Global Competition Review (GCR) has ranked Yoon & Yang LLC as “Elite,” the highest ranking in the field of Korea’s competition practice, in its GCR 100’s 21^st edition.
 
GCR 100 is GCR’s annual listing of the world’s leading competition practices which is based on its periodic surveys and interviews. This year, GCR covered law firms in more than 50 jurisdictions including South Korea.

Global Competition Review highlighted Yoon & Yang’s merger clearance for United Technologies Corporation in its purchase of Raytheon Company, as well as the firm’s successful work for Faurecia and Michelin’s joint venture. GCR also noted the firm’s successful representation of Cathay Pacific Airways in its damage lawsuits brought by LG affiliates.
