Yoon & Yang LLC advised Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction in its issuance of USD 500,000,000 overseas notes.  The notes were guaranteed by The Export-Import Bank of Korea, involving leading global financial institutions including The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, J.P. Morgan Securities plc and Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc as Joint Lead Managers.  A number of Korean and international law firms were engaged to represent the issuer, the guarantor and the underwriters, while Yoon & Yang provided Korean law advice to Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction, as issuer, and The Export-Import Bank of Korea, as guarantor.
