Yoon & Yang LLC advised Daishin Secutiries Co., Ltd. and Kiwoom Securities Co., Ltd. in their acquisition of Woori F&I Co. and Woori Asset Management Co. respectively as a result of government's privatization policy of Woori Financial Group. Yoon & Yang provided legal advice with two clients during the entire process in particular, with respect to due diligence, open bidding and making the share purchase agreement, contributing to the successful closing of the transactions.
