To finance funds for construction project of Lotte Shopping Mall in the Suwon station, Lotte Suwon Station Shopping Town Co., Ltd. entered into financing agreement with SPC, a lender in condition with Lotte Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd.’s Cash Deficiency Support (CDS) as a main security. In addition, SPC, the lender took a loan from the Korea Development Bank and issued Asset Backed Commercial Paper (ABCP). Yoon & Yang LLC advised Lotte Suwon Station Shopping Town Co., Ltd. in financing for the construction project.
