To finance funds for the construction and operation costs of the building called “Jamsil Hyangkun Tower”, the Korea Veterans Association (KVA) entered into a syndicated loan transaction including asset backed loan (ABL) transaction with financial institutions, the lenders. The financing transaction includes providing lenders with the first beneficiary rights for the real estate security trust and the monetary receivables trust for Jamsil Hyangkun Tower.
