Byeong Soo Kim is a policy and external relations expert with experience across the police, the presidential office, the National Assembly, and the private sector. After serving as a police officer for approximately 11 years, he worked as a legislative aide at offices of the National Assembly members, supporting legislative and policy matters. He later served as an Administrative Officer at the Office of National Affairs and Office of the Secretary for Personnel Affairs of the Presidential Secretariat, where he handled government-wide planning and other political issues. Kim then moved to the private sector and worked in the External Relations Division of a leading Korean fintech company, where he managed external risk and policy responses for the financial platform industry.
