Kyu Mun Lee is a senior advisor at Yoon & Yang LLC and his main practice area is criminal defense.
Over the course of his career, he has held a number of key investigative leadership positions, including Head of the Metropolitan Investigation Division, Chief of the Criminal Affairs Division, and Deputy Commissioner for Investigation at the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency as well as the Director General of the Investigation Bureau and Director of Investigation Planning at the Korean National Police Agency. In addition, he served as a police station chief and regional police commissioner, taking on senior organizational leadership roles for more than 35 years, accumulating extensive experience and deep expertise in criminal investigations and command. He has performed a wide range of roles from frontline investigations to strategic oversight, acted as the lead investigator in major criminal cases, and led the introduction of innovative investigative techniques, including Investigation of Emerging Crimes and inter-agency investigative cooperation.

Having spent the majority of his career in investigative roles, he possesses exceptional expertise and practical experience in investigation-related response strategies. He provides comprehensive advice on responding to Corporate Crime and white-collar crime risks that may arise in the course of corporate management, as well as on anti-corruption measures and compliance programs.
