On February 23, Posco Energy issued redeemable convertible preferred shares (RCPS) in the amount of KRW 245 billion. In this transaction, Yoon & Yang advised Posco Energy regarding the preparation of the contract on the issuance of RCPS and other relevant legal issues. Posco Energy engaged in such large-scale issuance of RCPS in its efforts to reduce its debt ratio and improve its financial structure.
