This is a case where apartment purchasers of the Cheongju G-Well City filed a lawsuit against the client, a developer of the apartment for seeking cancellation/termination of the apartment purchase agreements, along with seeking damages claiming that the developer’s agreements were false and exaggerated.

Yoon & Yang LLC represented the client on appeal and successfully reversed the lower court’s decision.
