From 2017 to 2018, Yoon & Yang LLC successfully represented the leading Korean beer company, Oriental Brewery Company, in its first acquisition of a leading Korean craft beer company, Hand and Malt Co., Ltd., and its affiliate, Hand & Apple Co., Ltd. The closing of such acquisition occurred on April 2, 2018 and we continued to assist with the integration and merger of the acquired companies.
