On November 27, ACE Private Equity acquired the shares issued by Daeho Technology Korea Co., Ltd. and the managerial rights from Daeho Technology Korea. The transaction was valued at KRW 400 billion (approximately USD 354 million). Yoon & Yang LLC successfully advised Daeho Technology Korea in formulating the transaction structure, and in negotiating the transaction documents.
