Sejung Lee, a partner of Yoon & Yang was recognized in the '40 Under 40 2016' by Asian Legal Business (ALB), a leading provider of legal news and information owned by Thomson Reuters. '40 Under 40 List' is the annual list of the 40 most influential young attorneys under the age of 40 in Asia-Pacific region.
ALB's feature article in October, 2016 issue mentioned that "[Ms. Sejung Lee is] a specialist in the practice areas of IP and antitrust. Sejung Lee has successfully defended Siemens AG against the patent infringement case raised by Envac involving automatic waste collection technologies.
