Yoon & Yang shortlisted for the ‘M&A Firm of the Year (Medium-sized deal under $500M)’ – The Asia Legal Awards 2020

Yoon & Yang LLC has been chosen as finalists at the ‘M&A Firm of the Year (Medium-sized deal under $500M)’ category of The Asia Legal Awards 2020. Among six finalists, ‘M&A Firm of the Year (Medium-sized Deal under $500M)’ will be awarded to one law firm in Asia that handled the most notable M&A transactions (deal value under $500M) in 2019.
The Asia Legal Awards annually selects the most prominent law firms, lawyers, and transactions in Asia and is organized by The Asian Lawyer, a sister magazine of the renowned legal media, The American Lawyer.
