YOON&YANG
Utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) is now essential and not optional for all industries and sectors. While AI technology is rapidly evolving, legal issues arising therefrom are also becoming more challenging and complex. Against such backdrop, there is a growing need for companies engaging in the AI industry to proactively counter and deal with convention legal issues (i.e., license, data security and intellectual property right) as well as dispute and compliance issues (i.e., overseas regulations, privacy, and fairness & transparency of AI algorithm).
